When I'm looking for a good everyday lipstick I tend to opt for something that is easy to reapply, and isn't too bold in colour. This is usually because I'll throw it in my bag so it needs to be a shade that I can put with any and every makeup look. My firm choice lately has been the Maybelline Superstay Ink Crayon Lipstick, which comes in 18 different shades - four of which are brand new shades!
The Shades:
KEEP IT FUN - The first shade is that perfect 'your lips but better' muted dusty pink colour.
CHANGE IS GOOD - My favourite of the four. This shade is more of coral kind of pink.
RUN THE WORLD - This shade is more of a rosy pink, great for adding a nice flush of colour to your lips.
SPEAK YOUR MIND - The darkest of the four, this deep pinky red is perfect for making a statement.

The Formula:
Now of course, at first we're all drawn to the pretty colours but the real question is 'is the formula any good?'. Well I can confirm the Maybelline Superstay Ink Crayon Lipsticks get a thumbs up from me. The matte formula is long wearing, without being too thick and cakey. The lightweight formula also means they're not too drying, and can easily be reapplied or topped up with a gloss or balm. The crayon tip makes application super easy too, and you even get a mini sharpener at the opposite end of every lipstick - bonus!
